After an intensive search for a worthy successor for the recently deceased O-Sensei Porter 10.DAN from USA, who was the honorary president for the A.D.D.I. and responsible for the APAC, his successor was now elected as international honorary president. From numerous national and international applicants for the office of the honorary president of A.D.D.I. MARTIAL ARTS ORGANIZATION, the choice fell with large majority on Grandmaster Jae Hee Chang (7.DAN WTF - KOREA) from Munich.
He was proposed to the committee several times for this special office by his supporters and advocates. Grandmaster Jae Hee Chang was appointed to honorary president of A.D.D.I. MARTIAL ARTS ORGANIZATION, due to his merits within the A.D.D.I. and Budo as well as his contribution to the international understanding and cultural exchanges.
The transfer of office will take place on November 19th 2011 at a special training in Huglfing (Upper Bavaria) during a festive ceremony.
Appointed to new Federal-Discipline-Head of Hapkido
The multiple Budomaster Nick Kränsel from Bavaria was nominated to the new Federal-Discipline-Head of Hapkido with effect from November 1st 2011. He will undertake his tasks after the inauguration on November 19th 2011.
Master Kränsel, who is inter alia a student of the dignified Grandmaster Bang Kyung Won, will also be set up as Ambassador for the A.D.D.I. in the USA, because he connects a major part of his Budo career with the USA.The transfer of office will take place on November 19th 2011 at a special training during a festive ceremony.
