To become a "Life Time Member" and receive your choosen certificates you just need to complete this Form it will be send automaticly to the A.D.D.I. Office. The Life Time Membership fee is a one time fee and is recognized by all the organizations and schools affiliated to the A.D.D.I. in all countries.

 

The Life Membership fee is a one time fee only and is recognized by all the Martial Arts organizations and schools affiliated to the A.D.D.I. World Wide. You will receive a personal membership id card (golden credit card style) plus a association badge, and certificate of life time membership. The register fee is just 25 USD.
